"Creating a New History" Walkthrough?

It has been quite a while since I have played Pillars of Eternity and going into Pillars of Eternity 2, I wanted to create a new history but I found the lack of explaination on many of the questions to be a bit confusing on what to select. I doubt I am the only one who found the lack of background information on the decisions to leave them scratching their head.

Are there any guides or walkthroughs available which would provide more insight into the questions being posed as to provide a better understanding toward building the character history you would want?

There are much more questions though.
But if you don't remember the game surely you shouldn't care about those?

Berath seems to be the most "fair and balanced" way to go. i didnt import a save from PoE 1. All the reoccuring party members that are meant to return have and the character is no worse for wear.

Berath would be my recommendation.

I choose Berath on my first playthrough, I wanted to customize my history for the second playthrough and needed some better explaination of some of the questions but there doesnt' seem to be a guide or walkthrough available which discusses the options.

If you play a female character and want to ooh la la Eder, go with the top option. He will talk to you after freeing the Animancers at the Digsite.
