I think the quest i bugged for me or im not doing any thing right. i cant get the sailors to leave and if i kill them i can't talk to "martiano" to finish the quest, i tried talking to "ziel velara" or what ever his name is. But it didnt work either is there anything els i can do?

You can make sailors clear out via Bluff check dialog option (you need 4 total), then the Stoic line.
Problem is - getting rid of the sailors either way doesn't trigger Martino quest finish dialog. He just keeps saying "don't waste my time" or whatever.

Also, if you made peace between those two families (Valero and something on B) the quest you mentioned will fail and you won't be able to return it.

i killed the B family is that maybe the problem?

May this quest be bugged? I am at the Point where the guy with the instrument told me he can Play to get rid of the sailors. This is also mentioned in the Quest Log. But nothing happens. I am Not getting any dialogue with the sailors and the guy with the instrument just tells me to Talk to another guy for another Quest - also without any dialogue Option any more. The sailors stay in front of the tavern. Any idea or another character that may be relevant solving that Quest? Thanks

Actually found the solution by myself: funny thing - I tried to get rid of the wrong people. Quest tracker here is fully misleading as it is updating when you are getting to the back side of the tavern where 2 men just called "sailors" are there - I always thought they are talking about these 2 guys. Instead, there is a group of people on the balcony (!) of the tavern - and they are the men to get out of town for finishing the quest :D

It's still bugged getting rid of the top balcony group. Martino just says "skillfully done" but the quest does not advance.

got the same problem as Johnnymo. can't hand in quest. I chased the guys away. then proceeded to kill the bardatto family and now Martino just says "skillfuly done" and nothing else.
