Statue in Old City
Just finished exploring the old city and came across this statue with a script event. Seems like I need a key of some kind but don't know if I missed it or if I get it somewhere else in the city.

Anyone know where or what is it is?

Did you enter the old city from the elevator cage?
If so, you should start Dereo's quest in the narrows. Doing that quest should give you a conch shell.
It's part of a pair and you can find another inside the old city, together they unlock the wall behind the statue
