The things that you arnt taking into account is that it shoots 3 projectives that do the low normal damage + a good amount of ice damage. But the kicker is that each projectile that crits explodes and does more. It is one of the best crit bows in the game imo. Not including the upgrade that petrfies enemies...


P.S. I found the bow and restarted the game just to make a build to abuse it.

In my headcanon the watcher has that ability. To go back in time and get a do-over. It explains the reloading, the retraining and the restarts - the watcher just decided he or she needed something for this next encounter so... *rewinding noise*
