How to defeat the Soul Collector - A Glimpse Beyond (spoilers)
So I just picked up Ydwin, and Flaun asked me to participate in an experiment. Like the eager fool I am, I jumped on it, and things went wrong. There's a monster at the end (?) called a "Soul Collector", and he's quite tough. Anyone done this have any hints on taking him down?

my man, you're just not strong enough or your gear don't have enough penetration

Buff up. Empower attack with AoE to clear the weaker mobs and just CC him. Keep him proned, stunned, etc. He's so slow you can just manually knock him down with Eder every time he starts winding up a new hit.

Thanks everyone for the input. I believe I was able to defeat him about 730 days ago.
