Soulbound weapons

Does anyone have a list of where to find soulbound weapons ? apparently theres a soulbound arquebus but i havent found it yet.

I found it while searching a pretty random burial site, I think it was on an island in the east on the map. Can't remember for sure.

Other than that I have found a mace in an abandoned temple dedicated to Woedica on one of the nameable islands. Also the talking sword, though that's soulbound only temporarily so doesn't really count.

Would also like to know if there are more to find, 2 soulbound items is a bit low, loved them in POE1.

Crap I thought the loot was randomized in those dungeons and temples so I didnt write it down. I only found Lord Darryns Voulge, which is basically Thors Hammer except its a polearm.

Need to sail into a storm and get hit by lightning to unlock its tier 2. I enjoyed that one and I want more!

Found one in the Old City Ruins beneath Nakateka. A talking one handed sword, a throwback to Lilarcor from BG II I suppose.

It might be random. I'm pretty sure I found my soulbound dagger (priest, paladin, rogue) at the Woedica temple and not a mace like Speedwagon.

Woedica temple contained a mace for, but I can't seem to beat the resolve check to pick it up.

I had resolve 15 and could take it. I already had two items boosting resolve, so you may find/buy such and do it afterwards.

Found Blightheart, a soulbound arquebus in the burial ground in Motare O Kozi. Also found a soulbound pollaxe in one of the south eastern islands. (forgot the exact location)

Woedicas mace requires 17 resolve I think, can get +3 from food, +2 from item at least, and another +2 from potion, pretty easy to hit even with 10 base

I got it using 15 resolve.

can the poleaxe be upgraded if its not on the watcher? ive been through 15 storms and nothing has happened

I heard there's an option to use a poleaxe in the storms.Look under the crew tasks tab

I don't believe the locations of uniques and soulbound items are random.

Yes it can. The option to use it will pop up when inside a storm interaction.

It counts buffs, like food, rest, items, drugs...
