Stuck- Symbols of death quest

Please help. I can not find the second fragment for the spear skeleton. I can see other rooms but no options to get into them. Do you need a higher perception to spot the way in?

I believe it’s at the bottom left corner of the Hanging Sepulchers, in a room called the Forgotten Mausoleum.
