Infamous Crew achievement did not unlock?

Is this cheevo bugged?
I was mutinied twice and it still did not unlock?

Infamous Captain? I just got it. The crew were outside my quarters telling me it didn't have to get violent, I attacked them and it popped before the fight even started.

mine didnt pop after two mutinies damn it.

two times and it wont pop as well

One time I failed a diplomatic check but won the ensuing fight. No pop. So I reloaded, and won a check against ability. Still no pop. I reloaded, and partially succeeded at the show of force, and won the ensuing battle. Still no pop.

Update: If you choose "Fair enough, let's settle this" the achievement will pop.

You have to choose the attack option that starts a combat scenario to pop it. The option of kicking the mutineer overboard, etc wont pop it.

It's the option that Yendor mentioned above.

Yes. Alternatively you can keep injured crew working which leads to extra morale loss per day. Water consumption also leads to daily morale loss of -1.
