Where is Pillars of Eternity 2 under games in Nvidia Geforce (to optimize)?
I installed the driver. But I can't optimize the game in the geforce store (did a clean install hoping it deleted previous drivers [don't think it did. honestly these drivers are such a memory hog. i'm really hesitant scarred of using 3rd party unistalls]). Shouldn't it list Pillars of Eternity 2 under "Games" and you can click the optimize? What's the point of installing? Does it list Pillars of Eternity 2 under games for anyone? I tried to scan. Nothing came up.

Edit: not seeing it under supported games either. Yet I see Conan Exiles which is listed. And the release notes state POE 2 (not to mention when installed it talked about POE 2. wtf

it's too early, you'll have to wait for them to add support.

Oh I thought the drivers include it? Isn't that the poing it states "now Pillars of Eternity 2, Conan Exiles, blah blah blah. next driver update?"

Sorry for the ignorance.

Driver and GFE are two different things. And optimisation profile is only for people who have zero clues about PC as all it does you can do with the game settings. There is no secret sauce.

A much better thing is the NVIDIA blog performance in-depth review, which gives you a lot better tips to tweak performance.

Sounds like me. I figured Nvidia is giving you the best optimization for your graphics card was useful (without all the tinkering to find something and then mess with the FPS). I found it pretty useful.

It really doesn't as it's relative to the person that add GFE profile. Most games already auto detect your hardware and set graphics setting appropriately, based on the developers own estimate. I only use GFE because of Filter, ShadowPlay and the amazing Ansel (when supported).
