Can't find them and searched whole Port Maje - didn't found any new chars with unique name >_<
It's a nameless wandering guy. I found him right by the inn just barely west/northwest. It was something like craftsmen or laborer.
Thank you! I suspected this from quest description, but were too lazy to actually go and check literaly everyone. =(

well you might want to get used to that sort of thing...their are a small number of quest that are a littl vague about the solutions (you have to be a little creative in solving them)
This advice is a bit obsolete - I'd already finished game and done literaly all quests (except most faction-specific endings).
Sad, but Maya questline was one big disappointment (well to be honest - same with every other party member "quest-line"). Compared with PoE 1 companions new one are ... meh.
I am considering a new game some time in the future and except for the Wizard all companion quests were dissapointing. How would a game go if I created all my own party and did not use any companions?
No party member quests, no their specific banters and dialogues. Rest is exactly same... except it will be much easier to play on PotD with fully customised party - NPC have terrible stats.
Just to answer this question even though the thread is old:
Maia is nowhere on the map, she's in your Party Management Screen (available while on the ship). I searched her too in the Brass Citadel before looking there.
