How to update Survivors Tusks ?

I want to update this helm so I complete all the challenge in the Pool of the Memories . But my helm didnt update .
Anyone knows how to " Complete each of The Survivor's Stand fights " ??

Just to make sure - exactly how many fights of Survivor's Stand did you complete?

I complete every challenge include the Survivor's stand .
But the helm didn't update .
The Seeker's Fang has the same problem I fight all the The Seeker's Path again to make sure I didnt miss any fight but the item didn't update ....
