This is app to support localization.
I have finished to localize PoE2 into Japanese with this app, and i will show how to use it

left list are conversation tree, where and who talks the conversation.
for instance, i will translate conversation of soul at Poko Kohaa.
Expand the tree and click conversations>>02-poko-kohara>>cv-poko-kohara-soul-decision,
then you can see stream of conversation at right side.

there are a lot of information:speaker and listener at right middle.
you can translate by google translation by clicking "gogle translation"

anyway, try translation.....

the first line,
"You subdue the furious souls, ripping them into motes of their constituent essence.

translate to

"あなたは怒れる魂を制圧し、構成するエッセンスの塵にまで引き裂く。

you can mark the completion of the translation.
click the line with CTRL, which changes the color of the line to blue.

you can change the color at upper right button according to the use.
blue, pink, green, yellow
( for example, Complete Translation;blue, Important Branches;pink...)

then there are two line expanded

there are a lot of functions such as search sentence, or..something
Unfortunately, it's only available in Japanese.
But I think it's a good opportunity to learn Japanese.
