I give up, how do you swap party members?

So changing crew is easy, click the boat icon, I cant for the life of me find a way to change party members.

You can do so at a tavern. When you are on your ship there is a spot in the lower left where you can change party members.

You can also swap in towns without visiting the tavern. Just open the map, then world map, then click "Supply" and navigate to the submenu that lets you switch out party members.

This still won't work everywhere - only in friendly environments.

Yeah I was going to say that won’t work, because if my supplies are full the supply menu tab is grayed out and you cannot click on it
