the various levels of difficulty are IRRELEVANT
I tried all the different levels of difficulty to deal with certain areas (those for example where you land and you immediately find yourself against a boss) and I honestly did not notice any differences between the levels, the monster regardless of the difficulty chosen with a shot always kills one or more members of the group ...

so I wonder what the hell is it to play even in simple mode if we are crackled in the same way of the abyssal difficulty?

Perhaps you are going to the wrong areas? By default, the game does not level scale, so if you go to a place that has 3 red skulls, you will get your butt handed to you by much higher level enemies.

BTW, skulls is level difference, not 'boss' enemies.

I'm referring to the area where there is the giant spider-shaped boss that evokes spiders (in the upper right area of the map more or less), with characters of 8 level (which I got by repeating the game and importing them) ... skulls or not skulls (for those who have them as "counter" as you wrote) is irrelevant ...

premise in pillar of eternity I had killed the adra dragon on difficult difficulty level with a team of 4 heroes (and not 5) and they all had the ninth level 4 ... here the levels of difficulty are all skipped

When you change the difficulty, it clearly states that the change will only affect map locations you have NOT visited.

the test I do with areas I VISITED to see the diversity of the various difficulties, not with areas always new ... otherwise that test would be ...

in any case remains what was said, regardless of the difficulty selected, nothing changes (only the appearance of additional monsters that facilitate the speed of group death)

As far as I know megabosses are not affected by difficulty because they are a bonus feature for the most hardcore veterans as they need you to carefully select the items, party skills, food, potions etc.. for each encounter. Their whole point to exist in the game is to be really really complicated optional fights..

ok ... read the description of the difficulty easy, indeed I will try to similarly quote a phrase of how it is written in the description of this difficulty: "using this difficulty is impossible to lose and the party / group will always be good or bad advantaged" ... . THIS IS NOT TRUE

Again, unless you turned on level scaling, some encouters will have enemy levels that are simply be too high for your characters current level. Easy should make level-appropriate encounters simple, not encounters that are much higher level than you.

Either you are a clever troll or not really smart.

The stats of monsters of areas you have visited dont change, if you change the difficulty.
Only new areas are new calculated.
So you have to change the difficulty "before" you go into a new area. Then check the stats, reload the game before you had enter the area, change the difficulty and then you can go new into the area for the first time.

Easy difficulty is correct, if you loose at easy difficulty you are either not doing anything (this means standing still and waiting till the enemies have killed you) or you are attacking your own chars, because you misread the tool tip that only units with a red circle below them are enemies.

But i think you are a very clever troll and you know all of this already.

Just because you suck at the game doesn't mean that easy mode isn't ridiculously easy (it is)

difficulties have multipliers to enemy health, bonus to armor and penetration and bonuses to accuracy and all defenses, values depending on which difficulty

also pretty sure at least POTD(and possibly veteran) add aditional enemies to certain fights

to the person who gave me the stupid / troll and the one who wrote to me that I am a "handicapped", take an umbrella and wave each other in the backside after opening it ... explored areas I have done at various levels of difficulty (story -easy-normal-veteran-way of the damned always with difficult option, ie without the advice, WITH and WITHOUT the proportional leveling of the enemies) level 13 with each character (ie 5 characters of level 13) and there is no difference in these places I have tested (the equipment is almost all "golden" of the team) .... and for the CHRONICLE I did not think I was so denied to the game since I killed the dragon of adra in the first version of this product with only one character in the party of level 13 on the difficulty "way of the damned" ... to expose a speech, even if trivial to some "minds" not from the prerogative and permission to insult (even without the use of swear words) when a person offends or lack of respect there is no prohibition in responding "in tone"

I know these things, I read them and are also specified ... what I'm saying and if in the first version already at level 13-14 (with a complete team, or even without) you finish the game (considering that the real boss "complex" was the dragon of adra and not Thaos) .... in version two of pillar of eternity there are npc monsters and not that they are disproportionate

OFF TOPIC .... I'm sorry that anime is what you got the image of your profile if you can know kindly? the title
