Guardian's plate second upgrade (100 debuffs)

Hey!
anyone knows how to make it if i soulbound armor to 20 lvl Eder?
debuffs didn't even procs)) he is still tanky without armor

Go to the Undercity in Neketaka. Stand on one of the cloudy corpses and the debuffs will tick. Make sure the character is standing on the body not just in the cloud (dunno why it works this way). Walk away, make a sandwich, watch a few tv shows. Enjoy.

Just to note: If you turn your combat speed all the way up, the debuff is reapplied about once a second, so it only takes about 2 minutes.

funny though the shield doesn't work for me no matter what i try.
the armor was just annyoin: could someone tell Obsidian that their mid/endgame armor comes at a point where you probably will never get all those afflictions?...please.
shield: same mod, no effect...let enemies spank the shield, let my tank stand in whatever...i tried pretty much everything i can think of.

Same, the shield won't upgrade; stuck at 0/100 no matter what I do.

Thought it was due to my Paladin being OP and nothing hurting him as to why the shield would not upgrade. Seems to be across everyone's playthrough.

If you're working on both the armor and shield at the same time it will only do one or the other. Unbind the one that's getting nothing and then rebind it. This fixed it for me.
