It's a long fight on POTD, at least for me it was. Arcane damperer and clense both work I think.
Get a cipher with Ancestor's Memory so you won't run out of casts and abilites.
What classes can remove it?
Cipher's "Ancestor's Memory" restores resource pool or spell casts, cause it does brilliant inspiration. Cipher is only class now that can cast "brilliant". It's really handy in long fights, as with proper usage you'll never run out of spells or abilities. So you can cleanse dragon's buffs whole fight.

Almost had her the first try but she endured. Gonna try this out! Sadly I got no wizard with me.
This works even if I promised to release them to the wheel?
Well when I played on POTD, dragon constantly renewed his concentration, he had like 4 stacks avery few moments. So I gave up on interupting him.
Pretty difficult at level 16 but hey, finally some challenge I thought.
new cloak has a chance to give brilliant when u're hit, 1% chance i think
Yea that is gonna keep your whole team up on resouce/casts in 30min fight with a dragon :D
Specially casters that should never get hit.
Originally Chanter had Briliant ability, but it made him best class in the game so he got a nerf. (his version was self + any allies in cone, it was OP for sure)
Ciphers are pretty weak in deadfire as CCs in general are lot weaker than in original POE, so they kept theirs for now. (also cipher version is single target)
Beast of Winter was a joke in comparison...
First thing to do in any cRPG is to turn companion AI off...
I usually dont play it like this, but I been so lazy and it was so easy on normal. So I let the filler battles play themself and micro in the big battles.
That undead dragon is the toughest thing in the game.
Right after Gocci street & the fight at the excavations site at Port Maje ofcourse :D (those to are bit insane on POTD)
