does Ring of Prosperity's Fortune and Cloak of Poverty work?
Tried both items, but couldnt find any statistical increase on character sheet or combat log. Does anyone know if these items actually work?

IIRC, Ring of Prosperity's Fortune worked for me. Not sure about the Cloak of Poverty, though.

Cloak of Poverty not worked for me. It give 0 Resorve with 50000 gold and 0 gold.

Cloak of Poverty has broken string that connects it to effect

The ring works, it just doesn't show up in the list of effects. Someone on the official forums used a unity debug mod or something that gives more specific information. I'd hop over there for the details but someone definitely confirmed the ring worked (not sure about the cape). Also, make sure that you don't have more than one hit-to-crit item (such as ring and hat, etc) because one will supress the other.

Yeah, cloak of poverty has broken string lately for me as well. also, i can confirm the ring works.
