So how many trainers are there? Where are they all?

This game doesn't have trainers, unless you are referring to cheat programs. In that case I can't help. I'm assuming you mean trainers like in MMOs.

Or do you mean the ones who give you skill points for money?
There is one on the balcony of the Nekataka palace and a ton in Dunnage.

Thanks but yes as far as I know those are called trainers. But I forget where I got that fact.
