Dual classing can pick 2 Rapid Casting? Does it Stack ?

That is the question.
I am chanter and mage
When I click rapid casting on 1 it does not say I already have it on the 2nd.
So then I tested it and picked it twice.
But then it only shows up on my character screen 1 time.

So unsure. Obviuous I am not noticing a big difference since its only 10 %
If it was 25% like it used to be then I could prolly tell the difference when 25% and 25% stack.

While I am asking this question though how does rapid casting stack with the other ones like the one that increases speed of summon spells.

I just leveled up and yes I can spend two character points on 2 different rapid castings. 1 for my chanter and another for my mage.

You can pick it twice when you initially level up to that rank with a dual-class, but it does not stack, it's a bug or an oversight by the devs.

If you picked it just once and looked at it at a later level-up, both your classes would have that talent picked.

You can do the same with practically any skill that is duplicated in a talent tree, from the basic fighting styles onwards, none of them stack, because it's not intented to work that way.

I asked a question it was neutral. It was not nice or mean.

His response was stupid because in the OP I said I leveled up and spent 2 points on them..... and his response was that I can't do that......

I went ahead and picked 1 just in case it was a glitch anyway.
