entering the undercroft
I didn't realize that it was a watcher thing but I can't get by the merchabt stall because my character has a Per of 13 and a streetwise of 2. Is there anyother way in?

I think you mean Delver's Row.

Go talk to Fyrna at the Hole. Get her to tell you how to get there and you should be able to pass that check regardless of stats and skills.

Right merchant stall and perc check is related to enter Delver's Row, but once here he won't be able reach undercroft.

Myself I reach first Delver's Row as you explain but then couldn't reach undercroft.

There's probably multiple way to access it from Delver's Row, myself I think it's through receiving a messenger invitation to met the bandit leader, and then some task from him opened access to undercroft.

Another way is probably Aeldyss as she gives a quest related to a NPC in undercroft, myself I met her too late, this part was already done.

talked to her no conversaion options about Delvers Row. I also note that it was a watcher's only choice and it said: Preception 13;streetwise 2 with regards to my PC. So what now?

talking to Dereo will get you into Delvers Row.

You may need the quest from Prince Aruihi from Serpent's Crown for those conversation options to appear. Additionally you may need to ask Enoi or Pitli in the Gullet about a way to Delver's Row, and they direct you toward the Hole.

You were already given the solution. Use drugs and/or potions to buff yourself to pass the check.

I doubt for the prince, I think I met him later myself.

But Yes I think it's Pitli (could be Eloi), then ask them about Delver's Row, I think it's Pitli that will tell you talk to Fyrna at the Hole and get the dialog option and information to enter Delver's Row without perception check.

I wasn't saying that you need to meet Prince Aruihi first to be able to enter Delver's Row or the Undercroft.

To open up the conversation options with Fyrna about finding Delver's Row, which allow you to by-pass the checks needed to enter Delver's Row, you may need to meet Aruihi first.

From your previous post I remember it's a NpC that told me talk to Fyrna and this opening the option to enter Delver's Row without the pereption check. The problem is for this happen there's probably some condition, like help the NpC.

Quests in this game seem to have more than one way to the solutioon. I was only able to enter Delvers Row by talking to Dereo. This is not the ONLY way to get into Delver's Row from what I read here.
Undercroft or Delver's Row?

You can also take the lift from The Gullet, where they send down Botaro - Biha's quest. It involves some talking, and that isn't the same lift as the one within Delver's Row, of course.

Totally wrong, I reach Delver's Row quite before get any invitation from Dereo, and through two way, attributes/skills check, and plain full path explanation from Fyrna removing the perception check.

Risked path, requires a meta knowledge, to ensure have trigger some quest before. I got a nasty game breaking bug with that way. Blocked and full undercroft and Delver's Row becoming aggressive with no option but to kill them all which is plain ridiculous for play fun. Instead of accepting this crap I loaded back a few hours back, and I don't regret at all, it was the best decision.

No "meta knowledge" is required. Just trying to help Biha, normal talking within the city and eventually accepting the offer to be sent down that lift. Whether PLAYER is courageous enough to go down there, is an entirely different matter.

False you'll make whole area hostile if you do that without to have started some other quest. Or satisfy some skill check.

I know because i did it, patch 1.1 beta hadn't fixed it.

After to have clean most of Undercroft (easy and boring) move to Delver's Row and quote again whole area hostile, I just load back. Make those two area hostile is pure boredom.
