Not the seagull, but Hit the console command key ( `) and type 'Cosmic Bird' without quotes. You're welcome.

May also want to try 'Cosmic Dog and 'Cosmic Cat' commands while you're there. ;)

I still think its criminal there's no parrot pet in Deadfire.

This won't disable achievements right cause some games if you use the console disables achievements right away
