Cheat without console: add companion
Starting another playthrough, and I'd like to start the game with all the party made (on the first island) without having to rush to the capital to get the remaining two. Is there any cheat to spawn specific companions, or add them to the roster, but without losing access to the achievements?

Thanks

You can't. Just make your own companions to fill the spots at the tavern.
But that way I lose the dialogue and backstory...

You'd lose those things by spawning them before they were supposed to show up anyway.
You can ditch the made characters when you catch up to the others.

Also you can grab Mirke from Fort Deadlight without heading to the capital, as another option.

You can actually. Get the unity console mod from Nexus Mods. It will let you cheat the game without the game knowing it so your achievements are safe.

That mod/addon doesn't spawn companions or convert custom to normal ones, I'm afraid
