Hanging Sepulchre
There's a room with a gate that has a tomb in it. I see what looks like a lever but I can't get at it. What's the trick to opening the gate?

Also, there's a stone door with a skeleton on either side of it that looks like it goes somewhere but it doesn't glow so I'm not sure if the door can be opened or not.

You need to pass the scripted scene with two guarding skeletons.

You need to read the two documents you get in your inventory in the quest items tab (for the Berathian quest) and then interact with the two skeletons to open the door.
