Yeah im single class so the spells need a bit of Intelligence for the longer effect times.
Maybe i should go
Might 13
Con 12
Dex 15
Per 15
Int 13
Res 10
?
Might 18
Con 4
Dex 16
Per 18
Int 17
Res 4
Am playing strictly wit guns: Dual-wielding Pistols and a Blunderbuss... I start every fight with a sneak attack which instantly fills my focus use the Rogue escape ability and just go to town with my abilities from the back. Once Ascendant runs out I go invisible, switch to blunderbuss and move close enough to take advantage of the rogue backstab passive (<2 meters to do 150% weapon damage when invisible) and basically fill my focus again with a single shot.
Now here is the problem with this build... basically my character is weaker than a wet tissue and dies if someone so much as just looks at her the wrong way. Am used to it though. Finished PoE1 recently with her.
Am playing on Veteran.
My advice to you would be to dump both CON and RES if you plan on being a ranged Cipher
