in POE i went with these, and my pally was very good:

Mig 18

Con 8

Dex 10

Per 15

Int 17

Res 10

Max might, mix dex and per depending on the weapon you use, then put some points in int. If you want a dps paladin i wouldnt suggest any dump stats, but if you really wanted then possibly dex if you use a sabre. Im usually against using resolve as a dump stat for any mele character but possibly that if your careful. Keep con at 10ish though

Intelligence is highly important too, because it increases area of effect and duration of flames of devotion, which in PoE waas OP as heck.

I would max it, and drop dex: you can make up for it with items.

You should never dump CON in PoE2 imho. Armor is next to worthless with the current armor system so all you have is your HP and deflection to keep you alive.

And if you do want to wear armor that actually has any tangible effect on your defense then you'll have to eat a whopping 55% speed debuff. So you'd better have some dex to compensate or go into dual wield.

I'd go as high as 14 CON for frontline DPS melee. Especially since you have % based healing abilities and you can spam them now on encounter basis.

You don't need to be a melee paladin, so you could dump SOME con if you go ranged, just not down below 8 or so i'd suggest.

Paladin is tanky by his own abilities. You will be fine with low hp, int is more important. Dex too, but mostly int.
