Save transfer
Hey. Does anyone know what exactly will transfer to PoE2?
I got my only save from "The Ultimate" achievement run. Is it worth to play again and gear up my boys for poe2?

Not really. You will only be transferring your decisions as protagonist. The protagonist in POE2 will be the same. However, in POE2 you will have to make his/her race, sex, class all over again in character creation - it was made so that if you want to change anything, you can, especially because of big abilities revision and introduction of multiclasses. Your and returning companions levels will not transfer over - you will start at level 1 again and raise it to 20 max. Again, this is because of those big changes. If you want a lore explanation - Eothas munched on your delicious soul when he awakened and that made you delevel, so that's why you have to "Hunt a God, save your soul".

What's more about the companions - they are part of your decisions that will transfer. If you killed somebody in POE1 - they won't return.
How you completed their personal quests, what you did in the world related to them - they will remember that in POE2. For example, Pallegina the paladin in POE2 can either still be a member of her old paladin order Frermàs mes Canc Suolias, or if you got her banished from the Vailian Republics without pardon in POE1 ending then she'll be with the Kind Wayfarers order and even her armor will change.

Only your decisions will transfer over, material stuff will not because it will all get crushed by big fat Eothas's foot.

Then you don't get "game complete" save file and can't import it? You'll have to make your character from scratch in POE2 and you'll be able to choose your POE1 decisions manually.
