At the same time I can see why it would be dumb because the skeleton would barely have the time to attack because there's no linger effect. That being said it also could just be a bad synergy and just work like any other chant that way. In any case it's ridiculous and overpowered, this means that you can play with 5 adventures troubadour and just spam this to oblivion and have a walk with your dog while the skeletons just finish the game for you. (that would be 35 summons + 5 party member).
Well in any case I'm fairly confident that any 5 Chanter Beckoner team would be ridiculously overpowered but still.
