What is the expert mode precisely ?
The title says it all.

There's information about it online, but all it says is that it disable the help we got with tab. Is that all, nothing else ?

Havent tried it in deadfire but in the first game it disabled ability circles and all dialogue options indicators.

It doesn't (or at least shouldn't) mess with the difficulty in any way.
I just disables any information you get when you hover over an enemy and what Amigo said.

Look in the difficulty option in the menu. Expert disables all the boxes there
