In Poko Kahara there is a souldbound dagger.
And about the stiletto, in Delver´s Row. Rust (assasin NPC) have this weapon. You must kill him, of course. It is brutal this stiletto indeed.
See you!
Marux whatever is only good for certain builds, but Pukestabber's pretty good, you can buy another called Lover's Embrace from Marihi in Periki's Overlook (not really worth it imo). The two stilettoes are good, too, though. Rust's Poignard as mentioned, and if you don't want to kill him, there's Azure Blade in the crypts in Sacred Stair.
and because of the mod what can it? weapons types change? So ax change into daggers or how?
Not sure if they changed anything in TB mode to make them more desirable, attacking higher in the round doesn't really balance out the loss of extra attacks.
can you explain this to me more please, how does it work with speed and initiative
In TB, Initiative is added based on the actions you take. Daggers cost less Initiative and in theory lower initiative is good, letting you act earlier in the round. But in practice I find it's usually more helpful for rogues to act later, to take advantage of positioning and buffs/debuffs put down by your allies.
In RT, lower Recovery Time just means less time between attacks which means more attacks, which means more chances to crit and make use of any effects with a set duration.
