Fungal Rot

So how do I get rid of Fungal Rot on my vines? Anyone know?

I get it for a month here and there - but it rarely sticks. One thing I've noticed is it seems to appear more often with no/light foilage.

Hi there,

Both Fungal Rot and Overexposure disappear when your Ripeness moves back to within the 3-7 range (it may take a month, so try and keep it within that 'safe zone' for as long as you can.

I'm experiencing the inability to get the ripeness level over two. I have even pruned my vines back to light folige as this is meant to raise the ripeness level. But to no avail. I've managed 5 star ratings on my Cab Sav when the ripeness is just 1 often. Best I could do is 3 and that's after all sun and no rain. Bug?
I also have the situation that the vines seem to be stuck in the light growth part even in dead of Winter. I also had two harvests in one year. At September and again in December????

The growth in winter and the two harvests in one year both sound like bugs - I'll look into this.

Do you mean Fungal Rot or Phylloxera?
Fungal rot won't kill your vines. Phylloxera will.

fungal rot kills half your yeild each month.

I see what you mean. Fungal rot will disappear once ripeness is maintained above 3 for a month or two -- if it continues to stay, it might be a bug, but none of the other players have reported that before.

Yeah once i started a new game it stopped. Must be a rare bug.
