Only two endings and one choice that matters?

So I played this game through more than two times now. And I have a good and a bad ending. But just three achievements, even through skipping over several chices, I don't get more of them.

So, my question here is: Are there really only two endings? As I see it now, all the decisions don't matter. The only one that's important, is that over if you take the re-test or go to Zoeys concert...

So the same sh** from "Catch Canvas" repeats here again?!

they all worked for me and I AM YOURS one is after the credits when the sence palys at the end

Indeed. Just played through making all possible choices. All but one change only the text that immediately follows, and it's a pretty slight difference. That would be fine - not every VN needs to have a bunch of endings and branching paths - but the store page says your "choices" (as in, plural) affect the outcome, which is not true.
