And that's true that it is indeed a little dark!
I have way more problem with the necromancer who attacks very fast
The chain throwers are pretty hard to avoid too. Sometimes they take a second to charge, but often they seem to attack instantly, leaving me no time to get out of harm's way. At least they move slow, so they're way easier to deal with.
I get the impression the game should have a dodge, or roll move, but I haven't found a button that does that yet.
I remember the levels and enemies being somewhat easier in the IOS version, but that the bosses were horribly difficult and needed multiple attempts before I was able to defeat any of them. In this version however, I feel that the most annoying enemies have been made even more annoying, and the bosses have been reduced to mere jokes. I managed to beat both the butler, the mage's story boss at the tower, and the baron at the first try. The baron I even did without taking damage, and I was prepared for a 'second form' or something because I only ever managed to defeat him once on the IOS version and remembered it being extremely hard. The difficulty is highly imbalanced in my opinion. I think they should nerf some of the enemies, but buff the bosses. When the big fights are complete pushovers compared to the buildup, then something is very wrong.
Other roguellikes hardest's part are the early game.
