A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed (win11)

Hello, I run into this error when trying to launch the game.

I am on windows 11 and I have tried:
- run as admin. doesn't work
- compatibility mode. doesn't work
- DEP exception. doesn't work

I saw the game folder contents and I assume it is made using rpg maker, so I tried browsing related topics pertaining to rpg maker for something I could try. Found none I could referenced on so far.

Related to rpg maker games, I tried running one of my old(found it long time ago) rpg maker game and it runs just fine.

Could anybody give an insight or a direction for something else I can try?

Has anyone found a fix or workaround for this? I'm having the same problem, and can't find a solution for it anywhere...

Thank you very much Markichin. I am able to open the game now. At least, I am able to get to the title screen.
