Help pls, stuck at winston's puzzle

I just can not for the love of god figure out the password of the voicemail, pls help, i wanna progress so badly.

If you look at the well, the words are scrambled. The last two words are actually a date. If you need more assistance, the game comes with a walkthrough in your Raukuen library files.

I can't recall the last time I've been moved to tears over the course of a game. I think it's a masterpiece.

And yet, that is not enough. Once I got the voice messages and so back to Rakuen as a Leeble, I cannot find Winston. Nothing in the hut or basement to interact. No clues from other Leebles.

Oh nevermind. Tried again and found one would move.

Also, as I figured out WAYYY before this puzzle, it deals with the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear reactor disaster. The backdrop to this game is the aftermath to that.

They were supposed to meet on the day of the big earthquake / tsunami / nuclear meltdown...

bruh i was so looking forward to finding it out and now all the game deflated cause i know what's been going on -_-
i wonder how many people got the game spoiled in these 3 years
please just delete or hide it :(
