What is the "Damage Threshold" all about?
Title says it all. How does it work and what is the significance?

Thanks in advance.

My understanding is that it's the amount of damage that a character will absorb. For example, if you have an agent with a gun that will do 60 damage, and the enemy you're shooting at has 20 DT, your gun will do at most 40 damage to the enemy. It, along with dodge, dictates a big part of the survivability of a character. There are a few perks and abilities that can increase DT, but the main ways of doing it are putting on armor and using cover.

Yes it's natural armor and armor, and direct damage reduction. DT can also be decreased by some effects, for example corrosive grenades if I remember well.
