Stuck on CIA Chapter 6

In my latest playthrough I have gotten stuck on chapter 6 on the CIA campaign. I am supposed to find a way to stop a space program, but no matter how long I play, nothing happens. No story missions appear. Am I missing something or is it a bug? Anyone else who has dealt with something similar and knows how to solve it?

Saves should be located in C:\Users\[Windows user name]\AppData\Local\PhantomDoctrine\Saved\[Steam ID number]\SaveGames

This is years later but I’ve had the same issue. Followed this instructions and sent my save in and never got a response so I quit playing the game. Loaded it back up yesterday and trying to find a way to progress but there is none. Leonora’s program Waiting for Omicron to find undertow…

Yeah... the developers eventually closed their doors (in other words they went out of business) so there was nobody left to respond.

How sure of this, are you? Cause as of last year, they've released Postal brain damage, Hard west 2, and also have quite a few TBA games listed. One of which, was updated to a degree, in november?
