Not sure, but thank you anyway.
Any ideas why it might do this? It works fine normally while playing the game. I can click on menus, items, other things and it's fine?
you could also try installing autohotkey and assigning left click to an unused key. the script can be set to only be active in the opus magnum window. i've been told that some multiplayer games can ban for having AHK running, although nobody has ever seen it actually happen.
Go to options and switch to something like "Fast placement". Then, merely pressing the shortcut key will place the instruction where the mouse is pointing.
