Touch screen/pen input feedback

Hiya! Game is fun :)

Since a lot of it is drag and drop I thought I'd see how it plays using my laptop's touch screen/pen -- pretty good for the most part!

The main issues are:

1. Having to double tap to get a single click (both pen and touch)
2. Tooltips are annoying/distracting when using the pen
3. Drag is a bit laggy - sometimes it starts late so you miss whatever you were trying to drag

I seem to have worked around (1) with the pen by disabling both "press and hold for right click" and "pen flicks" in Windows' Pen and Input options (which was hard to find in windows 10 -- search settings for "touch input settings").

I haven't yet figured out whether (3) is due to my particular pen/touch screen.

I've had issues with drag latency on Windows in the past (drag starting a few pixels into the movement), but disabling pen flicks fixed it for me. I haven't noticed drag issues in this game with my Surface Pro 3 + stylus as of yet.
