Stuck at Hospital - Traveling Bag

I am in the hospital and must open the traveling bag. I push the buttons in the following order:

II - V - X - IX - II - IX - V - II - V - X

but nothing happens. I tried it several times. What is wrong?

yes, the skip button is available and yes I have the paper on the screen.
But I dont want to skip this.

Ok, try to reset it first. For example, start by clicking: X - X. Then the final sequence: II - V - X - IX - II - IX - V - II - V - X
