Speed up the text
This is killing me. It's such a cool concept and I want to play it, but I'm an extremely fast reader and watching this text slowly crawl across the screen, sometimes for the fourth or fifth time, has already driven me away eight minutes in. Please god give us an option to speed it up, or even instantly display.

I wish so, it's damn tedious, overriding any foucs on the plot - not to mention the awful dictionary for any commands also amplifying such frustration. I recall playing Anchorhead as my only similar adventure narrative and that...was far superior.

I have to agree with this. This long, dragged out printing was so tedious. I like the pacing it gives for the first time you reach a location, but damn if it didn't take over 30 minutes to go from the car to inside the house in the 1st episode. Especially at the points where you have to read the note and then print out the whole location info again when done. Either increase the speed 150% or make it auto-complete if you start typing after the first visit (or even any visit).

Strongly agree. Having to restart the demo a few times to find a setting that doesn't overpower my laptop GPU and re-reading the same text again and again at a snails pace is such a drag.

Please put this in! I'm also a fast reader and I couldn't make it more than 5 minutes in.. the text is SO SLOW. I would love to be able to play but it's just so boring waiting for the text to print.

Seriously, agreed. And the controls for setting something to 500 or 1000 but you can move up by single digit increments? Like yeah, holding my mouse button for 120 seconds in real life is solid gameplay!

But how else would you enjoy the 30 types of input they didnt account for??

Designer: Arg, the gameplay's only two hours, I can't write another three chapters
Developer: I've got an idea, let's slow down the text and make the controls really hard

two hours later...

Developer: slower, slower, slower...
