instead of DX11

* OpenGL 4.5 works with Linux + MacOSX + Win 7/8/10
* DX11 works with Win 7/8/10
* Vulkan works with Linux + Win 7/8/10
* DX12 only works with Win10

You are right. It could be awesome enjoy this game on Linux. Linux users enjoy a lot DIRT Rally, and it will be good take an arcade perspective of this racing discipline
