Lu/ciel tutorial bug!

Hello i have a big issues, i creat 2 character of Lu/Ciel because of this bug,.and both are bug in the tutorial when i have to fight the boss..how can i resolve?

Have you tried to either leaving the tutorial (if it was completed at least once in other char) or kill the game and open it back?

Yes i quit, but the game says if i quit i will not recive the bonus box exp or something like this! in this tutorial i have to fight the boss..she just move 1 time and then she stand and just get hits, she doens't move she do nothing. I hit her for like 5 mins and nothing happens..

Hello Skratta :)

As part of the tutorial, the game will explain to you how to use Power Boost. This is a system that is activated by pressing the Control/Ctrl key of your keyboard.
Whenever you hit the boss you will get knocked back and a speech-like bubble should open up saying "Power Boost" and asking you to press Ctrl.
Once you do so, hitting the boss once will be enough to finish the tutorial.
Nevertheless, please note that the bonus EXP you receive from the tutorial is minimum and does not have any big impact in your experience so if this happens often I'd strongly advise you to simply skip the tutorial in the meantime and do what Prongs said and send a ticket so it can be checked :)
