Fails to start

Press play and it will either show the first black logo screen or nothing then stops. Same if started from directory.
Installed on D drive Windows 11. Works on win 10 machine.
Looks like it doesn't want to play the intro video. What am I missing or is there a work around?

Thanks Tiga for the solution, it worked.
I had the same issue as Mic, did the fix, didn't even restart the PC and was able to start the game.

Tried this, no bueno. Anyone have another suggestion? This is the first time I'm trying to run the game on my Windows 11 machine. Worked fine on Windows 10.

Same problem, game closes instantly. First time this happens with a Steam game, a bit disappointed.
