Since no one else has offered words of advice here's what I can say.

The game's scoring rewards you for being on the hardest difficulty, killing EVERYONE, combos, not dying, being fast and most importantly flashy moves.

Difficulty:
Play Bananas. You get 50k points just for playing and beating Bananas.

Killing everyone:
You get 10k for killing every living thing on the map. Not sure if the turret counts or not. I kill it anyways because of my next point.

Combos:
Most maps you can keep one combo going from start to finish. It's a little hard on this map (you need perfect timing with the turret mainly) but I did it for my S rank. Abuse dodging to get close to enemies and to avoid getting hit and having your combo depleted. When enemies get spaced apart try to kill them sparingly instead of right away to conserve combo.

Not dying:
You get 20k points for not dying. If you die, restart level via pause.

Being fast:
You can get a lot of points for being fast. However, keeping your combo a float and going fast go hand in hand, and you should always prioritise killing over shaving off a few seconds. Generally try to beat every level in at least 5 minutes but usually less. Note that time still goes down at normal speed as you use Focus, so just because time slows down, doesn't mean your timer will. This is so people don't abuse focus for high scores, because even on Bananas its still very easy to keep my Focus meter topped off.

Flashy moves.
Lucky for you, this is one of the easiest levels in Old Town to even S rank if you know how much points you can get for certain types of kills.
This level is where you learn about "think fast" kills, and they give 700 points a kill. So any gibs, basket balls, etc, always try kick them in peoples faces.
When thats not an option, for 100 points less you can run up to an enemy, back flip off them and kill them mid air. If you combine this with split aim or manage to think fast someone mid air, you can get even more points.
Headshots give bonus points and each hit gives points too. If you cant think fast or backflip off someone split aim, jumping of a wall or dodge kills are alright too.

Since you are only trying to get a B, just use everything I said here just abuse focus. high combos almost guarantee a B and the combo drain does slow down when focus is used, unlike time.

Basically, take it slow in slo mo, but not too slow that you lose your combo. If you can keep your combo until the turret room you will probably be guaranteed even maybe an A. Or at least a B on normal.

Hope this helps!
