Sounds fair to me.
Nope, there is a button to "split" your aim so you press it to lock on to an enemy them move the right stick (or mouse if thats how you have to play it) to aim your other gun and when you shoot it goes in both directions.
Oh wtf I responded in here a year ago too.
I've tried both on PC and I prefer the controller YMMV.
Mine works fine.
Don't be silly, we use a PC because of better graphic/moar power/better display...
Some games are better with a controller regardless of platform. Anything where you need simultaneous dual directional input that's more accurate than WASD, "Brothers" comes to mind in addition to this game.
I use whatever works, mouse/keyboard is great for FPSs, some other games not so much.
