Report a translation problem
This doesn't seem to have an end-purpose, however. The meters go up, but I haven't taken it to the end to find out if it does anything. Plus if you go away from the base and come back later, odds are you won't be able to find the guard again, and that's assuming the meters are even saved.
I thought this might be a means to some sex content. Superheroines do have boyfriends, after all. Or girlfriends, or whatever they're in the market for. But the general development atmosphere I'm picking up is that's off the table. Which seems a bit silly. They're superheroines, not nuns.
The fanservice is awsome, let's not over do it.

I think nobody is talking about turning the game into only a prom game, only add some elements.
