Suikoden is the game that Legrand Legacy seems to be based on
Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land looks like a mix of a jrpg and a dungeon crawler. I remember there was another Wizardry game that looked exactly like Tale of the Forsaken Land.
I found another game that seems to be similar to Legrand Legacy, as for me.

The gameplay looks pretty fun, but the story sounds somehow childish. Well, the game called Abandoned Children, so I don't complain about that much. :)
The most similar games in general would probably be the classics Shadow Hearts series (PS2) or Legend of Dragoon (PS1).
The shadow hearts series is actually an amazing one, sadly old and an abandoned IP
