No Audio In Game

When I launch this game, I'm still getting sound through the vive but none of the audio of the game itself will come through. I've checked all the settings in the menu to make sure that in game sound is turned on. If I alt-tab to the game, I get the in game audio, but lose visual because I have to go back and make the compositor full screen, which then cuts off the game sound. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a fix for it? I've been searching for one and nothing useful has come up.

Wow turns out there's a very simple fix. All you have to do is open up display settings and move the HMD from the right of your main monitor to the left. If you're having the same issue and can't figure out what I mean by that feel free to contact me and I'll walk you through it.

Hi,

this issue will be fixed in the next update. It only happens when the game for some reason goes to the background. Bringing it to foreground enables the audio again.
