Offloads, passing

Does anyone have tips for passing in general play and getting the player to actually let go of the ball? I find that far too often my player just holds the ball out front.
Also, I'll be damned if I can ever get an offload. Thanks,

Nah offloading is kinda f**ked.. Your players will not offload the ball if tackled from the front but the AI on the other hand will fart the ball out their a** to offload it.
