Choosing between weapon and story

I have all the dlcs and most of the extra secret cards but I have no clue how to choose whether I want to play with weapons or stories. Can you even choose that? The Secrets and Lies pack comes with both 6 new objects and 18 new stories so there has to be a way of choosing which ones I want without disabling one of the decks.

If I remember correctly, in the section where you set whether to insert promo cards in the deck, under the deck of motives there should be a button to click that exchanges weapons with stories.
